Coffee is one of the best things ever, and coffee is literally in the heritage of the Jiménez family.
At the heart of the Café Jiménez mission is a desire to roast excellent coffee and share hope in everything we do. This starts with our love for coffee. Yes! Loving coffee includes the way we purchase our coffee beans, how we treat the growers, the way we roast the coffee and how we serve those who purchase this product.
The Coffee
Café Jiménez is a 100% single origin costarican coffee from the amazing Hacienda La Minita. La Minita coffee is all Rainforest Alliance certified. This coffee is committed to this certification because of the desire to provide strict environmental and social standards.
The fruit that comprises this coffee comes from the Western part of the Tarrazú Valley, a very well known coffee area in the country. Costa Rica boasts eight coffee growing regions, the most famous of which is Tarrazú. Known worldwide for its fine-quality beans and breathtaking views. This coffee exhibits a wonderful acidity, good body with some citrus cocoa note.
